Convert PDF Drawings to AutoCAD DWG with Professional Title Block and Sheet Numbering

Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman to convert scanned PDF drawings into accurate and editable AutoCAD DWG files.
The source files consist of scanned architectural/engineering drawings. The selected freelancer will recreate the drawings in AutoCAD while maintaining proper layer organization, dimensions, text styles, and overall drawing accuracy.
In addition to the DWG conversion, the freelancer will be required to insert a standard title block and apply sequential sheet numbering across all drawings.
Scope of Work
PDF to DWG Conversion
• Convert scanned PDF drawings into editable AutoCAD DWG format.
• Redraw all visible linework accurately.
• Recreate text, dimensions, symbols, and annotations.
• Maintain original scale and proportions.
• Ensure drawings are clean and professionally organized.
AutoCAD Standards
• Use proper AutoCAD layers.
• Separate dimensions, text, centerlines, and objects into appropriate layers.
• Maintain consistent line weights.
• Use clear and readable text styles.
Title Block Requirements
Insert a professional title block on every drawing sheet containing:
• Project Name
• Drawing Title
• Drawing Number
• Revision Number
• Date
• Drawn By
• Checked By
• Scale
Deliverables
The freelancer shall provide:
1. Editable AutoCAD DWG files
2. PDF output files
3. CTB/STB plot style files (if used)
4. Any external references used
5. Fonts used in the project
Quality Requirements

• No missing dimensions or notes
