Convert HVAH AutoCAD to Revit

I need an AutoCAD HVAH drawing integrated into a Revit file with full MEP details.

Requirements:
- Fully detailed with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Use default Revit standards
- Specific placements for MEP systems required
