Convert Cad DWG to Fusion360 for Wind and Gravity Force Evaluation

Job ID: 36918331

Budget: $100 – $250 AUD

I am looking for someone with experience using both CAD and Fusion360 to help convert my existing CAD DWG files for a wind and gravity force evaluation. The ultimate use of the converted CAD files is for simulations and analysis. The reference material I have to start from are existing CAD files that I am using from another program. Additionally, I need a wind and gravity force evaluation to be applied to the design. If you have the engineering background, experience with both CAD and Fusion360 software, and understand how to apply wind and gravity force to a design then this project may be a great fit for you.

The CAD linework is of a single 4m x 2m array of solar panels on a 5 degree pitched roof. It is supported on each end by a vertical post. the array is intended to rotate to follow the sun and we need force evaluation analysis when the array is at 10 degrees, 45 degrees and 90 degrees.

There is a wind force of 157km/h which is Force=37.4 kN this acts parrel to the ground on the structure. There is a gravitational force created by the weight of the solar panels of 1.179kN, acting straight down on the structure.

The linework has been drafted as 3d linework, not as solids in CAD. It is not intended to construct the array, we only need the force evaluation reports at the three array positions for a school assignment. The frame under the 50mm wide solar panels is 50mm x 25mm drawn as a solid, however it would be more realistic if it were aluminum tube of 5mm thick.

Timing is critical, am hoping for a 24 hour turn around
