Convert CAD to SketchUp

We are a home and multi level apartment / condo and would like to explore the possible benefit of having the architectural drawings for a 20 level apartment building currently under construction converted to SketcUp model(s) for use as an as-built timeline.
Project consists
P1, P2 - parking
GF (main lobby with 8 apartment suites)
2nd to 15th typical (10 apartment suites)
16th & 17th PH (6 apartment suites)and
Amenity roof level with pool - hot tub - gym - party room and mechanical spaces
It would need to include elements of
Formwork
Concrete
Steel stud wall systems
Block wall construction
Building envelope
Roofing
Brick
Aluminum panels
Window system
Pricing should include the option to add mechanical & electrical as a separate price
Pricing should also include the option to add finishes - flooring, cabinets, counter tops, major appliances at a later date.
Landscaping component may be of benefit and explored at a later date also.
I include picture files of the floors I wish to convert to assist, and can provide cad files to the successful candidate.
Along with pricing please provide your proposed timeline to complete.
