Conversion of an architectural drawings from .pdf to digital .dwg format.

Hello, I have the architectural plans (Floor plans, Elevations, Sections) of two ground-level buildings, where one is a residential house of approximately 95 sqm, while the second one is a warehouse of approximately 125 sqm, which, however, is a simple "G" shape without any particular internal partitions. Both have very simple facades. What I need is the creation of the digital file of these plans in .dwg format since I only have scanned printouts of the original drawings (however, it is not possible to directly convert from .pdf to .dwg using a conversion program. Therefore, the plans need to be digitized from the .pdf file. I don't want any furniture to be placed, nor material hatches, nor annotations - texts. However, I want the dimensions to be accurately maintained, and the dimension annotations to be placed exactly as they appear in the plan, as well as the precise adherence to the lines of the floor plans, elevations, and sections, preferably using polylines instead of lines.
