Contemporary One-Floor Home Blueprints

I am looking for an experienced architect or designer to create blueprints for a new, contemporary-style, one-floor home. The blueprints need to be suitable for new construction. Ideal candidates for this project should have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations for new constructions. the floor plan already exists.
