Construction Site Plan Conversion
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I have an existing AutoCAD DWG of the property and a marked-up 11" x 17" PDF template that lists every addendum I now need reflected on the drawing.
The task is straightforward: open the DWG, transfer all information contained in the annotated PDF—especially the new building footprints and internal layout notes—into the CAD file, then issue a clean, coordinated DWG and a final PDF that sits perfectly on my 11 × 17 template.
Key points you must hit
• Purpose: the drawing will be used for active construction planning, so accuracy of dimensions, call-outs, legends and layer discipline is critical.
• Content: only the building footprints and internal layout changes called out in the addendum need to be added; utilities and landscaping stay as-is.
• Format: final PDF must remain vector, locked to the provided title block at true 11 × 17. Deliver the updated DWG alongside it.
I will send you:
1. Current site DWG
2. The annotated PDF template (with title block and addenda)
Deliver back:
• Updated DWG (AutoCAD 2018 or earlier)
• Matching vector PDF on the template, ready for print and digital review
If the PDF scales crisply and the DWG opens without proxy errors, the job is considered complete.
