Construction Floor Plan Autocad Redraw
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm looking for a skilled AutoCAD professional to redraw a construction floor plan based on our existing PDF sketch. The redraw will be used for actual construction, so it needs to be detailed, including furniture and internal measurements.
Key responsibilities:
- Redraw existing floor plan using AutoCAD
- Include all furniture
- Ensure the plan is detailed and suitable for construction purpose
Ideal candidates should:
- Have extensive experience with AutoCAD, ideally in the construction industry
- Demonstrate a portfolio of similar past work
- Be able to work with minimal supervision to deliver a high-quality result
Key Notes:
- All outside walls (block size 20cm) all internal partition walls (block size 10cm)
- Plot size 21.3 m X 21.3 m (Main green units in PDF)
- Same plot can be increased into 21.3 m X 30.3 m (so same version then add the brown units in PDF)
- All walls height is 280 cm.
- All windows 50 X 150 cm starting elevation from 90 CM from zero level.
- All Outside Entrance doors 100 x 210 while the back emergency exit doors 60 x 210 cm.
- The Orange 4 columns will be water tank area (Ground and roof water tanks) in the corridor (upper slap 300 cm from ground) this ideally can be sized 140 x 400 cm when possible (but do not block the exit door of 1st unit).
- Most of bathrooms sized 90 x 350 cm .
- All pink beds sized 160 x 200 while yellow beds sized 80x200.
- Most of WC siphon there is the only window for that toilet with exhaust fan.
- Kitchen have laundry machine space 70x70 cm with tiles / then sink + upper stove + built-in refrigerator.
- Any Gray color is 10 cm wall of 70 cm height 3 areas (one between laundry and kitchen + one between the dinning table and sofa + before big room closet not colored gray in sketch pdf)
- Passage way between 6 units can be range between 120 - 150 cm.
- small rooms there is horizontal window not shown in the drawing above the closet (starting 160 cm from ground) and air-condition unit above the window.
- All rooms doors are sliding door 80 x 210 (but shown as normal doors in the pdf sketch)
- unit number 1 has different emergency exit door location / differ than the location in remaining units.
- unit number 4 the only one has connecting door between the 2 apartments.
- All work must be submitted as Autocad file + PDF file.
- Work to be submitted within 48 hours.
- Price not to exceed $50 in 2 milestones.
- Any Non-Professional drawing will be rejected (I need this drawing to be submitted to Official entity)
