With a focus on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, I need a seasoned construction estimator able to wrap their hands around the entirety of the task. From foundation work, framing and plumbing, to electrical, HVAC, roofing and finishing - nothing can be left out. You must not only excel at this but also be proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and PlanSwift. Prior experience working on full architectural and MEP plans is a must.
