Concrete block swimming pool in Southern Alabama

12" wide concrete block swimming pool on a flat concrete slab. Eight blocks high, plus cap. Rebar and concrete fill all block voids. Slight indents for two bottom drains. Approximately 20" of the finished pool wall is above ground level. Provides a seat all around the pool. Two skimmers. Two lights. Steps at both ends on one side of pool, leaving flat wall available at both ends for swimming laps. Brick pavers and grass around pool.
Will be plastered and tiled at water line. Interior size approximately 14' X 40'. Need stamped plans. Structural Engineer licensed in Alabama. Can discuss pricing. Can provide site drawings and measurements.
