Concrete-Steel BOM & Installation Guide

Job ID: 39731962

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I already hold the full architectural drawings for a new home and now need them translated into two clear, construction-ready documents.

We will also need a full Framing Plan and Structural Stamps to go along with this.

First, I want a detailed Bill of Materials that pulls every item from the plans—concrete volumes, reinforcement bar sizes, structural-steel beams, columns and trusses, fasteners, anchors, finishing hardware and anything else required. Quantities, dimensions, grades and local code references all need to sit in an organised spreadsheet so the builder can price and order immediately. I do not have fixed brands or suppliers, so feel free to recommend cost-effective, readily available options.

Second, I need a written installation guide that walks the crew through the structural phase step by step. Begin with the concrete works, then show how each steel beam, column and truss is set, aligned and connected, including any temporary bracing, weld or bolt specifications, and curing or inspection hold points. Simple is fine—clear sequencing, notes on equipment or lifting requirements, and cross-references to the drawings will be enough. Diagrams or annotated 3D snapshots inserted where helpful would be a bonus.

Deliverables
• Excel or Google Sheet: complete, code-compliant Bill of Materials
• PDF/Word manual: numbered installation procedure, diagrams, safety and inspection notes

The plans are ready to send as soon as we start; I’ll be available for quick clarifications so you can keep momentum.
