23’ Concrete Retaining Wall Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a licensed structural engineer to prepare a full design package for a concrete retaining wall that will rise up to 23 feet and be back-filled with compacted road base. The wall’s sole purpose is slope stabilization on a steep site, so every detail—reinforcement, footing dimensions, drainage, surcharge considerations—has to be worked out with safety, buildability, and long-term durability in mind before the landscape team moves forward.
The concept is still open to the most suitable structural system (gravity, cantilever, or anchored) as long as it stays within concrete construction. I will provide survey data, soil reports, and any site photos you require; please let me know if further geotechnical information is essential.
Deliverables
• Signed engineering drawings (PDF + CAD)
• Structural calculations showing code compliance
• Reinforcement and concrete specification sheets
• Drainage and backfill details compatible with road-base material
• Construction notes that a contractor can follow without further clarification
Completion of the above, reviewed and stamped where necessary, will constitute acceptance.
