Concrete Pad Engineering Drawings

I need professional engineer drawings for a 14 x 18 concrete pad with a 4-inch slab and footings to support a wooden shed (12 x 16). The drawings are required for city permit submission in Washington City, Utah.

A single-page site plan showing lot lines, property lines, setbacks, dimensions to the pad and proposed shed/shop location.

Permit plans showing all relevant details for the pad + footings + shed support. For structural work or engineered components, structural plans will be required (i.e., engineer-stamped drawings) as applicable

A Pad Certification form (signed by a licensed engineer) – the city’s “Residential Permit Requirements” mention this when pads are involved.

Project must comply with: 2021 Utah State Residential Code, 2021 IBC, 2020 NEC (2023 NEC effective May 7 2025)
