Concrete Chalet Structural Engineering Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a commercial-use chalet concept and now need the full structural design package in reinforced concrete. The architectural layout is sketched; what is missing are the engineer-sealed calculations and constructible drawings that will let me secure permits and move straight into procurement.
Scope of work
• Analyse gravity and lateral loads, wind and seismic included, using ETABS or SAP2000 (or an equivalent professional suite).
• Design foundations, slabs, beams, columns and all critical connections in concrete, following the latest IBC and ACI provisions that apply to my jurisdiction.
• Translate the analysis into detailed drawings: general notes, plans, sections, rebar schedules and connection details ready for contractors.
• Provide a concise calculation report, stamped if you hold the appropriate licence.
• Issue a final BIM or CAD model—Revit preferred—coordinated with the drawings.
Acceptance criteria
The submission is complete when the calculation package, PDF drawing set and editable source files all align, pass an independent code check and can be lodged for permit without further structural revisions.
