Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I need a qualified quantity surveyor or estimator to prepare Bills of Quantities for a variety of concrete-structure jobs. Each project will be different, yet every take-off must accurately cover the key elements listed below.
Scope of each BOQ
• Structural elements: Bored Piers, Ground slabs and Suspended Slabs
• Additional items: Capping Beam, Shotcrete, Reinforcement tonne and Concrete
• Detail level: Formwork, Concrete quantities, Reinforcement tonne, plus Edgeform for suspended slabs and Band Beam edgs
What I expect
– Clear, itemised quantities presented in Excel (or other transferrable format) ready for pricing
– Calculations based on current codes and practical construction methodology
– Source files or marked-up drawings showing how measurements were derived
Tools & expertise
Use up-to-date, industry-standard measurement software—CostX, Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift or similar—to ensure traceable, verifiable quantities. Demonstrated experience with concrete structures is essential.
This will be an ongoing assignment with new drawings issued on a project-by-project basis, so consistent turnaround and attention to detail are critical. If you have the skills and the software to deliver dependable BOQs, let’s get started.
