Conceptual Drawings Yucca Valley

We are currently looking at a 40’x60’ steel building with 20’ overhang (see attached). As discussed, the building will be constructed on Lot 132, Tract 4856. We need to gather a full set of plans for city approval.
What would your fees be to assist with the drafting?
