I need professional MEP designs for a residential building that is over 5,000 sq ft. This includes the design of Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems. Understanding and experience with the specific needs of large residential spaces are key.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proficient in MEP designs specifically for larger living spaces
- Experience in wiring, ductwork and plumbing lines design
- Proficient in CAD or any other relevant software for creating detailed and accurate design plans
- Experience in sustainable designs will be a plus.
Expectations:
- Customized electrical, plumbing and HVAC design suitable for a large residential building
- The design should comply with local regulation standards
- Clear and proper labeling and placement of MEP equipment.
