Comprehensive Residential House Design

We are looking for a skilled architect and structural designer to create a comprehensive design for a residential property. The project includes the following requirements:

Scope of Work:
1. Floor Plan & Structural Design:
- Design a detailed and optimized floor plan for the house.
- Structural design to ensure stability and safety.

2. Plumbing & Electrical Layout:
- Complete plumbing system design, including water supply and drainage.
- Electrical layout with proper positioning of power outlets, lighting, and other necessary wiring.

3. Landscape Design:
- Well-planned outdoor spaces, considering greenery, pathways, and aesthetics.

4. Plot Consideration & Access Planning:

- Additionally, Plot 1 and Plot 2 should be incorporated into the planning.
- Ensure good access to Plot 3 & Plot 4 in the overall site plan.

5. Parking Requirement:
- The design must accommodate 2 car parking spaces efficiently.

Deliverables:
- Physical drawings/files of the project.
- Digital files in PDF and CAD format.
