Comprehensive Plumbing and Electrical Drawings

I'm looking for a skilled draftsman to create detailed working drawings for plumbing and electrical layouts for my project.

Key Requirements:

Plumbing Layout (Critical)
- Internal & external water supply layout
- Drainage & sewage layout
- Pipe sizing and routing details
- Septic tank/soak pit details (if applicable)
- Fixture connection diagrams (bathroom, kitchen, outdoor)
- Legend and material specification

Electrical Layout
- Electrical point layout for all floors
- Circuit division and DB schedule
- Light fixtures, fans, power outlets, and AC points
- Conduit routing and switching details
- Brick wall marking plan with embedded conduit planning

Elevations & Sections
- 4-sided elevation drawings (front, rear, left, right) in contemporary style
- Material & texture notations
- Roof, balcony, and boundary design details

Ideal Skills & Experience

- Experience in creating detailed plumbing and electrical layouts
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to provide material specifications
