Comprehensive Home Design & Drawings for Australia - MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT AUSTRALIAN BUILDING STANDARDS
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm looking for a skilled architect or designer who can create a full set of construction drawings for a home to be built in Australia. FREELANCER MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT AUSTRALIAN BUILDING STANDARDS.
The specs of the house should be -
- 4 Bedrooms, each with ensuite
- Each bedroom to have WIR
- Kitchen + Butler Pantry
- 3 car garage
- 60sq of interior area
- 600 square meter land size
- Modern & minimalistic facade
The project should encompass all designs and components, including:
- Facade Design: Innovative and appealing exterior designs.
- Interior Floor Plan: Functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Electrical Layout: Comprehensive schematics for all electrical components.
- Elevation Drawings: Detailed vertical perspectives of the home.
- Landscaping Plans: Thoughtful and beautiful outdoor designs.
- Soil type and composition drawing
The deliverables have to be: PDF Drawings, AutoCAD file and full 3D model (SolidWorks format is preferable)
A prior experience in creating construction drawings for Australian homes would be highly beneficial. I'm open to guidance and suggestions throughout the process, particularly in relation to the landscaping components. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the success of this project, as these drawings will be handed directly to the builder.
