Comprehensive Drawings for Outdoor Steel Shade

I'm looking to hire an experienced architect or draftsman capable of producing comprehensive drawings that include architectural, structural engineering and shop fabrication details for a steel structure shade. The main purpose of this shade will be to provide coverage for an outdoor area. The shade should encompass a rather large area of about 240 square meters.
