As an architect or seasoned facility planner, assist in developing an inclusive design concept for a community centre within a retirement village. The purpose is to create a welcoming and multi-functional space for both the residents and their families.
Scope includes:
- Designing a total of 20 rooms/spaces.
- Providing fitness and wellness spaces.
- Planning a versatile multi-purpose hall.
- Incorporating art and craft rooms.
- Placing high priority on accessibility and comfort.
- Incorporating additional amenities based on informed suggestions.
Refer to two separate Community Centres - need to combine these to one Centre
Ideal skills and experience
- Expertise in designing community centres or similar facilities
- Familiarity with needs of the elderly and their families.
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude to maximise space usage.
- Ability to produce comprehensive plans/layouts.
