Comprehensive College Building Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
The assignment requires the development of a comprehensive building design. This will include the fire pipe system, HVAC drawings and a lighting scheme, along with a floor ceiling plan. Your challenge will be to balance aesthetic considerations with functionality, compliance with basic structural standards, and effective space utilization.
Project Requirements:
• Fire Fighting Drawing - The plan should feature the proper placement of fire pipes and provide corresponding legends.
• HVAC Drawing - A straightforward HVAC design is required.
• Lighting Drawing - This should cover lighting looping and the proper positioning of lights, beautifully rendered and dimensioned. Legends also need to be provided.
• Coordinated Ceiling Plan - A well-coordinated ceiling plan where all the elements neatly fit together is needed.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
Adeptness in CAD is necessary, and experience in drawing fire pipe layouts, HVAC systems, lighting schemes and ceiling plans. Understanding of basic building design standards are essential. Although specific regulations like NFPA, ISO standards or local building codes are not required to be followed, a general understanding of these may prove beneficial.
