I'm seeking a skilled professional to assist with a range of architectural drafting and design tasks. The project encompasses:

2D AutoCAD Drafting
- Floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Accurate wall thickness, dimensions, and furniture layout.

3D Modeling & Rendering
- Create exterior and interior models using SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
- Produce realistic renders and walkthrough videos.

Structural Detailing
- Develop RCC drawings (footing, column, beam, slab).
- Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS).

Construction Estimation & BOQ
- Conduct quantity surveying.
- Provide cost estimation using Excel or relevant software.

House Planning Services
- Design space-efficient 1BHK, 2BHK, duplex, and G+1 plans.
- Ensure Vastu-compliant designs.

Site Layout & Plot Planning
- Plan boundary, setback, and road alignment.
- Open space and landscape planning.

Municipal Approval Drawings
- Prepare plans for sanctioning as per local bye-laws.

Interior Layout Design
- Develop furniture layouts for kitchen, toilet, and living areas.

Land Survey to CAD Conversion
- Convert hand-drawn site plans or surveys to professional CAD format.

360° View Video Creation
- Produce realistic 30s-60s animated walkthroughs.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max.
- Strong understanding of Vastu principles and space-efficient design.
- Experience in structural detailing and construction estimation.
- Excellent visualization skills for rendering and video creation.
