Comprehensive Architectural Drafting Service
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm in need of an architectural draftsperson who can transform my preliminary plans and elevations into a a set of architectural drawings suitable for a building permit in South Florida. The project is for a new 2- story, 5,500 sf single family home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. MEP and Structural drawings will not be required.
Key Requirements:
- Generate detailed floor plans, site plan, elevations, sections, and door and window schedules essential for the permit application process based off the preliminary design drawings.
- Attention to local building codes and regulations: It's imperative that the plans comply with all the necessary rules and regulations to ensure a smooth permit acquisition process. I'm a registered Architect and will review, markup and sign and seal the permit drawings.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Proven experience in architectural drafting, especially for permit drawings in South Florida.
- Proficiency in architectural software.
- Capability to produce high-quality and accurate designs with a quick turnaround time.
