I need an expert to create a pre-application planning document for the reconstruction of an existing building, with the goal of maximizing the number of studio and 1-bedroom flats. The project must adhere to UK regulations.
Key Tasks:
- Draft a planning document for the building reconstruction.
- Design a layout for the flats, making the most of the available space.
- Ensure the design complies with minimum size requirements for the flats.
Please note that preliminary drawings are available but only in paper format. The freelancer will need to interpret these drawings for the project.
