Complete a double Story Full Building Plan

I'm looking for a highly skilled architect with proficiency in various types of architectural drawings for a new installation project. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in creating architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and sanitary, and finishing drawings.

We have a floor plan and a 3D version of the plan, but require the following detailed plans and drawings:
- Site Plan
- Structural Plan
- Roofing Ceiling Plan
- Foundation Plan
- Footing Plan
- Footing Details
- Beam Plan
- Electrical Drawings
- Plumbing and Sanitary Drawings
- Finishing Drawings

Local building codes compliance is mandatory, and the architect will work primarily from our functional requirements document.
