Complete Underground Pump Station Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m building an underground wet-well pump station with an internal footprint of 4 m × 6 m and a clear internal height of 4 m. I need a full set of construction documents that will let a contractor break ground immediately.
Structure
The station will be cast-in-place concrete, so size the base slab, walls and cover slab, specify reinforcement, concrete grades, joints and water-stops, and integrate a practical corrosion-protection strategy suited to wastewater service (increased cover, coatings, additives or similar).
Drawings & documents
Please deliver a coordinated package that includes:
• Architectural plans and sections showing access openings, equipment room layout and finished levels.
• Structural drawings with reinforcement schedules, bar marks, concrete notes and a brief calculation summary covering soil pressure, hydrostatic uplift and equipment loads.
• MEP layouts for pumps, discharge pipework, cable trays, ventilation and any sump instrumentation, fully coordinated with the civil shell.
Format & timing
DWG (or Revit) plus PDF sheets are required. A first draft within one week would be ideal, with the final issue after my review comments.
Acceptance criteria
• All drawings match the 4 × 6 × 4 m interior envelope.
• Corrosion-protection details are clearly shown.
• Reinforcement schedules and quantity take-off included.
• Complete, editable source files provided.
If you have recent experience with small utility structures or wet-well pumping stations, I’d welcome a look at your portfolio when you reply.
