Complete Site Survey Documentation
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am looking for a licensed New Jersey Professional Land Surveyor to prepare an existing conditions survey for my single-family residential property in Secaucus, NJ. The survey will be provided to my architect for the design of a home addition and future municipal permit/planning submissions.
The survey should include, as applicable:
Property boundaries and existing improvements
Existing buildings, decks, porches, sheds, and other structures
Existing driveways, walkways, sidewalks, and significant site features
Existing trees and major landscaping
Utility poles, overhead utilities, and visible utilities
Underground utilities and invert elevations where applicable
Topographic information sufficient for architectural design and municipal requirements
Right-of-way information
Tax map, block, lot, street address, deed references, and metes & bounds
Easements and encroachments, if applicable
Any additional information normally required for a residential architectural survey in Secaucus, NJ
If the Town requires additional information (such as expanded topographic coverage or adjacent property information), please identify that in your proposal and quote any additional cost separately.

AutoCAD (.DWG) file compatible with current architectural software
