Complete Residential Electrical Overhaul

I’m looking for one qualified electrician who can personally handle my home’s entire electrical scope, from rough-in to final inspection. Parts of the property are brand-new additions, while others still carry decades-old wiring, so you’ll be working in a true “mix of both” environment.

Here’s what the job covers: run new circuits where walls are freshly framed, rewire the original rooms to modern code, track down and repair any lingering faults, and finish it all off with clean, code-compliant lighting installations—recessed cans, pendants, and a few exterior fixtures I already have on site.

All work must meet current residential code, pass the local inspector on the first visit, and come with a simple as-built diagram when you’re done. I’ll supply the fixtures; you bring tools, rough-in materials, and your own ladder. If you prefer to complete projects yourself rather than handing tasks to a crew, we’ll get along well.
