Complete Office Electrical Plan Drafting

I need a full set of electrical drawings for an office space. The package must clearly show the lighting layout, power-circuit distribution, and all data/communication lines, integrated into a coordinated floor plan so every outlet, switch, fixture, and low-voltage drop is accounted for.

I will supply the basic architectural shell in DWG/PDF. Your job is to layer in the electrical design, label circuits, size panels and breakers according to current code, and return clean, print-ready drawings that a contractor can build from.

Deliverables I expect
• Lighting, power, and low-voltage plans on separate, well-layered CAD files
• Combined master floor plan in PDF and DWG
• Legend, panel schedules, and notes referenced to NEC (or local equivalent)

If you use AutoCAD, Revit, or a comparable CAD tool, that’s perfect—just keep the file versions compatible with AutoCAD 2020 or earlier. Let me know your turnaround time and any information you need from me to get started.
