I’m ready to turn my 230 m² private apartment into a seamlessly modern home and need a designer who can take the project from first concept to build-ready drawings.

• All bedrooms (master + kids) with smart storage and a calm, contemporary feel.
• Kitchen that flows naturally into a dedicated dining room.
• Every bathroom / toilet finished in the same modern language so the whole apartment ties together.
What I’d like to receive
• Scaled furniture and ceiling plans in AutoCAD (or equivalent).
• Photorealistic 3D renders—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion or the software you work best in.
• Lighting, electrical and wet-area drawings ready for my contractor.
