Complete -Construction Blueprint Set
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m an architect moving into the pre-construction phase of a new build(s) and need a full set of professional construction documentation so the project can move forward for estimating and permitting. I will provide detailed and dimensioned sketches of plans, sections and elevations which will need to be converted digitally. The package I require must cover several key areas: a detailed site plan that reflects current survey data and setbacks, fully dimensioned floor plans for every level, exterior elevations that clearly outline materials, heights, and critical architectural features and details. Work must be in compliance with IRC building code do some code knowledge is important.
Accuracy is essential—I’ll be coordinating these drawings with structural and MEP consultants, so the line work, layer naming, and referencing must be clean and organized. Please prepare the files in both editable CAD (dwg or Revit) and print-ready PDF formats, using standard sheet sizes and my title block, which I’ll supply.
Deliverables
• Site plan, floor plans, elevations and details as described
• Native CAD/Revit files plus PDFs (24 × 36 in.)
• One revision cycle after my initial review
