I am seeking a proficient architect/designer to create a residential floor plan. The house measurements are 20 feet in width and 50 feet in length. The plan should include the following elements:

- Living Room
- Kitchen
While I have chosen not to specify any preference for an open-floor plan or separated rooms for my living room and kitchen layout, I encourage you to make efficient use of the space based on your professional experience and knowledge.
The ideal freelancer for this job would have ample experience in creating compact yet functional residential designs, as well as a strong understanding of space utilization. Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar is desirable. Please provide samples of compact space design in your portfolio.
