Commercial office autocad drafting
Budget: $8 – $15 CAD
I am looking for an experienced autocad drafter for a commercial building project. The project involves working with existing cad files and owner redline markups. I am the designer for the project - I just need a skilled drafter who can efficiently create Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical 2D Autocad drawings based on my markups.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficient and experienced in autocad drafting for commercial building projects
- Has the ability to quickly and efficiently create the drawing deliverables
- Strong English communication skills to collaborate with the client and ensure their requirements are met
- Ability to work with existing plans and make necessary modifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and dimensions
I have attached an example set of Autocad / PDF drawings showing the typical A, M and E drawings required.
I have also attached a SketchUp file showing the proposed new floorplan. I anticipate working on an hourly basis for this project.
