I'm in need of a professional steel detailer with expertise in commercial structures. The detailing work will involve:

- Steel beam detailing
- Column detailing
- Connection detailing
-Miscellaneous steel, stair handrail.
- Stair detailing
- Truss detailing
- Bracing detailing
- Joint detailing
- Base plate detailing
- Handrail detailing
- Gusset plate detailing
- Rail detailing
- Anchor bolt detailing
- Canopy detailing
It's crucial that the freelancer is familiar with and can adhere to international standards for this project. Experience in commercial steel detailing is a must, as well as a strong understanding of international codes and standards.

Deliverables should be provided as CAD & PDF files.

The project needs to be completed within 1 month. Drawings should include basic details and detail drawing for fabrication. Please use Tekla software for all detailed drawings. The freelancer is expected to provide bi-weekly updates on the project progress. Additionally, please provide weekly updates on the project progress. The project involves detailing for multiple commercial buildings. The freelancer can use their preferred PDF & CAD drawing format.

Communication for project updates will be conducted via email. The detailing work should adhere to AISC standards.
