I have a steady flow of commercial rooftop and carport PV jobs across California and I need complete, permit-ready electrical plan-sets turned around fast. Each package must satisfy California Electrical Code, the latest NEC (2020), local AHJ amendments, Title 24 requirements and the relevant utility’s interconnection standards.

For every project I will supply the preliminary layout, module/inverter spec sheets, site photos and any utility notes I already have. Your task is to convert that information into a clean, professional CAD set that typically includes: single-line diagram, stringing schedule, conductor and conduit sizing with voltage-drop calculations, OCPD calculations, placard sheet, interconnection details and an overall site plan keyed to the electrical sheets.

I work in AutoCAD, so I need the native .dwg files plus a flattened, ready-to-print PDF. Speed is critical—turnaround on most jobs is 24–48 hours from the moment you receive the inputs. Accuracy is equally important; the plans have to pass first review. If you already use tools such as HelioScope, PVsyst or SolarFarmer to verify system performance, note that in your bid.
