I'm looking for a professional with extensive experience in designing sanitary facilities in commercial buildings. The project entails submitting a proposal for two public WCs, including a layout in Plan & Section at a scale of 1:20.
Key Requirements:
- Design must utilize a one-pipe system in REVIT.
- Deliver detailed drawings including: Water Supply layout and Drainage layout (both at a scale of 1:20).
- Incorporate standard distribution system for water supply. No need for rainwater harvesting or emergency supply systems at this stage.
- Sanitary facilities to include toilets and sinks.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in REVIT with a strong portfolio in sanitary facilities design.
- Familiarity with commercial building specifications.
