I am looking for an experienced architect or space planner to create a detailed floor plan and rendering for a commercial production facility. The space in question ranges from 15-50 sqm and must include a total of 5 workstations - Drafting, Electrical , Composites, Storage, and Assembly.
Key Points:
- Purpose: This is a production facility, not a retail store, office space, or restaurant.
- Layout: The space should be a combination of open and partitioned areas.
Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in commercial space planning and architecture
- Proficiency in creating detailed floor plans and 3D renderings
- Strong understanding of commercial production facility requirements
- Previous experience with drafting spaces is highly preferred
