Commercial Office Power & Lighting Plan Redesign

Job ID: 38636975

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I require an experienced professional to redo the power and lighting plans for a daycare and apartment building. Familiarity with standard practices in the USA and a comprehensive understanding of the 2017 NEC (National Electrical Code) is essential for this project.

Key requirements:
- Redesign power and lighting plans so that they will be approved by inspectors.
- Ensure compliance with the 2017 NEC.
- Utilize my existing digital blueprints for the daycare and apartments.

Ideal skills include:
- Expertise in electrical engineering and architectural design.
- Previous experience with commercial building power and lighting plans.
- Ability to work with digital blueprints effectively.

Power and lighting plans were reviewed by two electrical inspectors who then rejected them. They both explained to me that the power outlets for the daycare need to be "tamper" in accordance with the 2017 NEC. They need a service entrance detail and the panels need to be labeled correctly. They need to know where the panels are going to go. They need lighting plans to show the location of exit signs and emergency lighting. They noticed that the bathroom circuit is on the same circuit as the kitchen. This is not normal. This is weird. They asked me "what is a power socket?". These two inspectors have been electricians for decades but these power and lighting plans seem very strange to them. A 25 amp circuit is not something that they see very often. I am looking for someone to make these corrections and provide load calculations.
