Commercial Medical Office Floor Plan/Architectural Drafts

Job ID: 40369672

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I have urgent need for an experienced architect who can translate my drawings into semi-exact "architectural draft plans" into what looks like real plans suitable for permit submission and contractor bidding. But it's really just, in the time being, for marketing purposes.
It's a 4 story commercial, medical surgery center building that I already have rough to-scale architectural sketches for that I need converted into architectural drafts. It needs to look like close to real draft plans fit to present to a construction crew. Its presently in pdf format. They are not in any architectural drafting app format.
It does not need to be completed to local building codes because we don't know exactly where it's going to be built yet anyway.

Scope of work
• Produce detailed enough floor plans only—no elevations, 3D renderings, or interior décor layouts at this stage.
• Drawings must include approximate dimensions, wall, door and window schedules, basic MEP placeholders, exits, and accessibility routes as might satisfy commercial codes, more or less.
• Preferred file formats: a clean PDF set for printing (into medium large format, A1 or A2 sizes) and if possible editable DWG (AutoCAD or Revit).

Deliverables
1. Schematic floor plan for review .
2. At least one round of revisions.
3. Final DWG and PDF files

I’ll supply the site measurements and rough sketches.

Time line is tight.
