Commercial Lease Plan - AutoCAD Drawing

I need a proficient AutoCAD designer to assist with the creation of a lease plan for legal documentation of a commercial property.
The plan details I require are as follows:
- A general overview showing the land and access areas required for a battery storage (BESS) development, designated in different colours.
- No need for development details to be shown, just different land areas and routes for underground services such as water and communication fibres.
- Detailed instructions and guidance can be given
Applicants need to have demonstrable experience in AutoCAD and creating lease plans for commercial developments (not necessarily BESS) . Timely delivery and attention to detail are also key for this project. Possible future projects for exceptional work.
