Commercial HVAC Performance Evaluation

I'm in need of an MEP Engineer to help evaluate the performance of our existing HVAC system, specifically focusing on the calculation of the make up air. This is crucial for the overall assessment of our system.
Key Requirements:
- The system is located in a commercial building, so experience with commercial HVAC systems is a must.

To provide additional information... I am in the end stages of getting permitted to re-open a laundromat that has been closed for 5 years in San Francisco. At the Dept of Building Inspections, I got stuck at the Mechanical Station. They are asking for calculations to show that there is sufficient make up air for the new dryers that are going in. DBI is not asking for a stamp or additional plans. They said the calculations can be added to the drawings my designer has already done.
I am looking to move on this as quickly as possible and would like an MEP local to San Francisco and familiar with SF DBI processes and requirements.
