Commercial Floor Plan Creation

I'm seeking an experienced architect or designer to create a detailed commercial floor plan as I am apply for a liquor license permit and it is required to have a floor plan with current occupancy stamp that is not less then 1 year old. These plans need to go beyond the basic layout and should include furniture placement. I am not sure whether I need a 2D or 3D format, I am open to suggestions based on your professional opinion. Previous experience with commercial design is crucial for this project. Your bid should include:
