Commercial Floor Plan Alteration for Restaurant

I need an architect to help me with a few modifications to an existing commercial floor plan. The plan is for a restaurant and I'm looking to make some significant but very manageable changes.

The changes I have in mind are two-fold:
- The addition of a bar counter within the establishment
- Rearranging the current kitchen layout, mainly focusing on upgrading the appliances

For the seating area, I'm looking to modestly increase capacity by less than 10 seats. This is a manageable addition that I believe will help improve the restaurant's overall efficiency and customer experience.

Ideal skills and experiences for this job would include:
- Experience in commercial architecture and layout design
- Understanding of restaurant kitchen requirements and design
- Proficiency in using CAD or similar software for floor plan alterations
- Creative problem-solving skills to make the best of the space available
- Good communication skills to understand and implement my vision for the changes
