Commercial Engineering Plans & 3D Design Needed
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I require a comprehensive set of engineering plans for a commercial project. This includes electrical, mechanical, and plumbing plans. Additionally, I need the following:
- Detailed Floor Plan: showcasing the layout and features of the space
- Site Plan: illustrating the structure's placement on the property
- Energy Code Plan: ensuring compliance with energy regulations
- 3D Interior Design: providing a visual representation of the interior space
The ideal freelancer must have prior experience developing commercial engineering plans and 3D interior designs. Proficiency in relevant software for engineering and design is a must. Strong communication skills are also important as we'll need to discuss the project details and adaptations.
Must live In Dallas TX, USA and meet in person , Must be a certified architect. 50% payment will be made after job complete and draft shared, other 50% will pay after the city approval. Must communicate and revise any City comments, will need multiple revisions and corrections for the 3d interior design
