Commercial Electrical Takeoff
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a full material and quantity take-off from my electrical drawings for a new commercial property that blends ground-floor retail areas with upper-level office spaces. The scope covers both lighting and power circuits exactly as shown on the plans.
Deliverables (separate tabs or worksheets for each zone):
• Itemised counts of all luminaires, receptacles, switches, panels, breakers and any other tagged devices
• Linear footage of conduit and cable runs, broken down by circuit where noted
• Clear reference back to sheet numbers, symbols and notes so the estimating team can cross-check quickly
Acceptance criteria: ±2 % variance against a manual spot check, correct scaling verified, and office floors reported independently from the retail areas.
PDF drawings arrive this evening; the completed take-off is required within three working days of receipt. Flag any ambiguous symbols or call-outs so I can clarify with the engineer before final submission.
