Commercial Construction Quantity Surveyor Needed

I am looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a commercial construction project. The role will require a commitment of at least two months and will involve:
- Cost Estimation: Accurately estimating costs for various project components.
- Contract Management: Overseeing contracts to ensure compliance and manage any necessary amendments.
- Material Quantity Take-Off: Determining the required quantities of materials for the project.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, as this will be the primary tool for cost analysis and projections. Experience in commercial construction is essential, while familiarity with AutoCAD or Procore would be advantageous.
