Commercial Building Structural Revit Expert
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am in need of a proficient professional who can assist with the documentation and detailing aspects of a commercial building structural project using Revit. The key deliverable will be comprehensive construction drawings.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Revit, specifically for structural projects. Will need access to all versions of Revit (2023+)
- Proven experience in the documentation and detailing of commercial buildings
- Ability to produce high-quality construction drawings
- Strong understanding of structural design and analysis

While we have a position open, we are looking for someone to pick up overflow and do small projects and red lines. Ideally, once our standards and details are understood, the person could start from the beginning and complete a project from start to finish. Right now, I would assume a model is being provided, and red marks are provided to update the model or do details that may not be live sections. We can share more examples of projects when required?
We are not looking for a Revit designer, and does not need to be an engineer.
