We have a medium-sized commercial space that requires comprehensive MEP services. We're looking at an area between 10,001 to 50,000 sq ft that requires meticulous planning for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, each element to be complete with comprehensive heat load calculations for every room.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Drafting a detailed plan for Mechanical services
- Creating a concise blueprint for Electrical systems
- Designing the Plumbing scheme
The ideal candidate would have:
- Extensive experience in commercial MEP designs
- A thorough understanding of heat load calculations
- A solid background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure for commercial buildings.
The ability to manage time effectively, high-level problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are crucial for the success of this project.
